I noticed that I can't adjust my touch screen brightness more than half way up. After looking around online I discovered that the touch screen upper limit is dependent on the instrument cluster brightness. If I adjust the instrument cluster brightness I am able to maximize the touch screen brightness. I suspect this is not a software bug but it feels like one.
