UAW Strike moved my build date

On Saturday, a day after the strike occurred, my build date moved to the right by exactly 2 weeks.

Mine hasn’t moved yet but this shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone who’s been following along. I wouldn’t pay attention to ANY build date you’re given until the strike has been over for a bit. Just ride it out.

Dealer told me today that I need to expect jan or February delivery. I’m not scheduled yet.

Well I am taking that with a grain of salt. His job is to keep me from going and buying a Colorado. Personally I doubt that estimation. I foresee March or April honestly.

I was looking at the Colorado today as well. If it wasn't a GM product, it would be tempting

Unfortunately, the UAW is shutting down GM as well. Your next best bet would be a Tacoma.
