Unknown Delivery Date stuck in port?

I am reaching out to see if anyone else is in a similar position as me. My Hybrid ORP is being delivered to my dealer in Spokane (so presumably received in Portland). The inventory tracker my salesperson has sent me has the status as "Vessel Arrived" since April 2. Its no longer providing an estimated delivery date (initially the window was 4/6-4/27, VIN is in the 500s). There are some PIOs on there (Black rims, mats and decals), is anyone else in this same situation (or was in the same situation)? My salesperson has been telling me that 4Runners are just showing up at the dealership without updates, but that doesn't seem to be the norm from what I've read here.

It looks like your vehicle is on hold. It says that under the Allocated: Vessel Arrive, which I have been told happens to a few vehicles here and there. Just a quality control implementation. Hopefully in a week or so it will be released and then delivered. I live in Montana and my Pro arrived to the port on March 3rd and was delivered on April 11th. It takes a while...

There is a bug in the system that causes VIN's to disappear, it happens towards the end of the QA/QC cycle just before the truck is shipped to the dealership. It happened to both me and @zgreen (as well as many others). And trucks have been showing up early.

As of yesterday mine is still listed as on hold in the port as of 4/10 with no ETA. I'll update the thread once it is actually delivered. Sounds like it is more common than I expected.

Quick update for any future readers .. after 4 weeks of sitting in port with no ETA, my ORP is finally in processing and should be available by EOW.

dealing with the same thing. Stuck at port no reason mine is a sr5 and got pushed back a month now says hold till the 6th so we will see. Super frustrating Toyota needs to get with it

Update this morning says pushed back to 6/5 when was supposed to be here 4/12 probably just canceling and getting my money back this is just ridiculous. Toyota is the slowest I have seen at getting stuff on lot

Update. We canceled our reservation and drove a couple hrs to secure one that was on the ground. Now a two 4Runner family. While we were signing papers on it people were coming
In to try and buy these things are flying off the lot.

I agree the lack of information and clarity is kind of ridiculous. When I ordered my Jeep i was able to track its progress myself online every step of the way.

That said every Jeep dealership I’ve dealt with has been difficult to deal with (either thru underhanded sales tactics or just general incompetence with requests). I’ve been very impressed with the Toyota people I have worked with.
