Tail pipes were looking rough after just 4000 miles so decided to black them out. They were too close to the body and frame to paint.

Went the route of getting a pair of high temp silicone tubes, 3.5" ID X 8" off eBay, painting them with plastidip and pushing them over the tail pipes.

Spread a little soap detergent on the pipes as it's a tight fit. They haven't moved since installed in the last 1300 miles.

Plastidipped all visible exhaust from the exterior.

That's pretty cool. Nicely done, how's it look from the back/rear?

I like this!

I just took high temp satin spray paint and painted what was there using a piece of cardboard as a backdrop. E Z P Z

That’s fantastic. I bought a Subaru WRX for my around town car got the 24 Ranger and my wife still got the Mustang. I wish you good luck with that raptor. I’d love to get one, but the prices seem crazy. I can’t wait to see the pictures ciao…
