Yes the Dealer rates and charges in the Bay Area are certainly inflated, $250 hour labor and one tried to charge me double msrp for fluid and some hardware, after many phone calls it was worked out but very surprising at the time. Although it shouldn't have been, between dealer add on's such as...
Hi Kyle! Great recent videos, I always appreciate your content. That does seem high, I'm curious if their tech rates are like here, $250 per hour. I changed my plugs to NGK "Ruth" ruthenium (tried new aftermarket coil packs at that time as well) there's no doubt you can knock that out(and of...
I'm a 24 STX 2.3 owner, we had talked some time ago about a future option and it's so great you are moving forwards! Was really great to talk with you briefly about the 6G 2.3 possibility and please put me on the list as well. If you need any remote install assistance/feedback please lmk, I'm...
There is an awesome 6gRanger content creator on YouTube I follow, Rudy, and I can see him considering these options for his Ranger. Here's a link to his YouTube channel, it's well worth checking out- https://youtube.com/@rudedogii?si=VlCuwP2UugZLyU1w

The details are above, I particularly LOVE to see these options and really appreciate seeing them shared. Applications are sometimes more universal but AAL products are so great to see, I'm certain they have future RR/Ranger specific parts in the pipeline for us!
Pivot bracket bolts seem to be M10x1 threaded with T45 heads ~15-20mm length, was able to get stainless nuts threaded on exposed threads on backside of brackets, can't see them backing out now if they were, used total 8 in front pivots and 4 in back but did require facing/grinding down some of...
Yes I certainly did, no I hugged the cushion and braced my foot and leg against the table the vice is mounted on for leverage, then I pushed with foot and leg while pulling with arms/upper body. It took good force but it was controlled and could feel the action on the headrest legs. The 2 wood...
I used vice to great results for both headrests, used long wood blocks to do both "legs" at once and great force, I did small adjustments and kept test fitting to get it right, drive one time, passenger 3 times. Body force was enough using leverage for me
