Just to close this out, I went back to the dealer this morning and they were able to apply the tune. So yeah, very much seems they didn't really know what they were doing the first time!

Yeah, but I paid for the install ($112) when ordering so it seems crazy not to have them do it. Fingers crossed they don't scew it up!

I'm in NH. I spoke with a guy called Tom Ford Performance who's the top ProCal guy. He walked me through updating the ProCal device to have the tune. He basically said the dealer didn't know what they were doing. I still need to go back to the dealer for them to apply the tune.

I actually got the thinner one in the kit, then questioned it with support as all the videos on line showed the bigger seal. Support told me I had the wrong seal (thinner one) and so sent me the bigger seal! I've now put the thinner seal back on. Thanks

That’s what I noticed too. I’ll just stick with the small one they originally sent. I’ll reach to other support , maybe it’s a 26 vs 25 thing!

I live in NH, so yeah 4A will make a lot of sense in Fall & Winter. I guess I'll stick to 2H for now unless I'm doing 0-60 drags at the lights!

My Raptor is my daily and 90% of the time it's regular roads and some twisty stuff. Once it's warmed up I switch to sport mode. What, if any, are the downsides of just staying in 4A vs 2H? Worse MPG?
