Maybe they need to check their manufacturing. Such a discrepancy for some customers. Mine was tight but went it perfectly. Yet some say it's too tight. I'm not sure what tooling they are using but tools wear out. I'm sure Brit knows this but maybe something to check.

That is a drag to have to remove the skid. But it’s not a big deal, plus you get to inspect shit while it’s off. I have aftermarket skids that have an access panel that comes out with 1 bolt.

I keep it attached to the hose I use to drain the oil. I also use a 10 quart container instead of a drain pan. Makes disposing of the oil a breeze.

Not so much on the RR (just using a ceramic spray as a drying aid) but on my M2 that was professionaly coated the wipers would chatter like crazy. I am assuming the blade would not "flip over" and just skip since the glass was so slick. And I always kept the blades clean.

Agreed and it mostly is. There are few shit heads but I ignore them...for the most part.

I'm going to check mine. But I just had the filter out for cleaning after a dusty ass run. I know it's tight and there is no way that would cause that sound since it's "pre" everything. It feeds the turbo's.

Good to know. I just what to know what that sound is. Have you ever heard it before?
