You're right, it was through another vendor, but the instructions pointed me at Real Truck for support. They forwarded me to Retrax (but without any of my data), and as I mentioned above, Retrax support was quick and helpful. Thanks again!

Just got my new Ranger. Surprised by the size of the gaps around the tailgate compared to my 2021. Not even sure a seal kit will close it. A common problem?
