    Black spray paint works well but do not use regular spray paint. You must use a specialized high-heat ceramic or engine enamel paint (like Rust-Oleum High Heat or VHT) so it does not burn, bubble, or peel off from the exhaust heat.

    On your 2025 Ford Ranger STX, the wiring harnesses for the OEM bed lights (N1WZ-13A756-A & B) are physically present under the bed, but the Body Control Module (BCM) is programmed off from the factory. it will take FORScan to turn on your lights.
