Exactly this ^^^ the enemy of locktite is heat but not too much, don't get anything even near red hot.

For floor jacks I put it under the drive shaft directly under the spring perches, much less travel before the lift starts. I know they say you shouldn't pick it up from the axle tube but when placed under the perches it does no harm. been doing it this way for the 45 years with no issue.

How well does that blackvue metal bracket work for you, do you get camera shake in the rear camera video or distortion from being a little further from the back window.

I would be concerned about a wireless controller dropping out or lag, do you ever experience the controller loosing connection.
