Wow, you all make me feel special…
  2. One or Two Struts for the Tailgate?

Ok, didn’t realize there was a gas strut on the tailgate 🙄. Ok me 2.5 months to realize there was an upper glovebox. Went out to look and there it was cable does show through the gap, one more thing for me to fixate on 😣
  3. What did you DO TO your 6G Ranger today? 🧰 🛠️ ⚙️ 🧽

Beautiful Easter Sunday afternoon so I gave the new (Jan2) baby its first hand washing! Only a couple small paint imperfections from Ford that I found and panel alignment was pretty good compared to some of the other comments. Maybe mine made it through on a better shift in Michigan. Gave it a...
  4. 2026 RR will be delivered soon, What should I know as a new owner?

Know that you will love the truck. Expect a never ending list of cool stuff you need for it!
  5. Ranger & Ranger Raptor Sales: 6,328 in March 2026 and Increased 19.2% in Q1 2026

That was definitely a problem at end of 25. Couldn’t find one anywhere that was close to equipped like I wanted. Ordered one and got exactly what I wanted, so worked out perfectly. Was definitely worth the 3 months wait
  6. Finished my 2024 Ranger XLT build 😁

Gotta say: really like the monotone paint scheme. Good plan, great execution!
  7. Quick Survey – What Matters Most When Choosing Floor Mats?

I agree with most everyone else - fit is #1: edges and extending far enough forward to catch any foot rest and pedal contact. Had a set of weather tech in last vehicle, edges were excessively tall and therefore left a gap around the perimeter for dirt, debris, pet hair and anything that got...
  8. What did you DO TO your 6G Ranger today? 🧰 🛠️ ⚙️ 🧽

Are the side vent LEDs on when headlights or parking lights or daytime running lights? Description says anytime side markers are on, but honestly I’ve got no idea when that is since I’m inside the truck 🤔. Maybe I just need to pay better attention
  9. What did you DO TO your 6G Ranger today? 🧰 🛠️ ⚙️ 🧽

Whoa guys, y'all need to stop showing me too cool things for my truck... the wife has moved from the "that's nice" phase, through the eyeroll phase and firmly into the "whatever" phase. Not sure if I want to push her further but these are definitely on the to purchase list! :sunglasses:
  10. Big Brother monitoring in 2027 - Reason to buy now [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS]

Not ready for prime time, but not saying it’s not going to continue to be pursued. AI overall fits that description as well. It will likely come to pass, and in the meantime they will spend millions and millions on development.
  11. Big Brother monitoring in 2027 - Reason to buy now [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS]

Well put, we vote these ass clowns into office who then abdicate their authority to bureaucratic agencies that think they know best for everyone (apologies to the site admin)
  12. Hood deflector

Hmmm 🤔 very interesting! Wish it had been offered with my Ford points 🤣
  13. Big Brother monitoring in 2027 - Reason to buy now [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS]

Thanks for a balanced point of view on this topic, there are a lot of exaggerated takes on exactly what is in these proposed regulations. That being said the typical progression is proposed rule, comment period and final rule with no significant variation unless major lobbying powers have enough...
  14. Hood deflector

Put mine on a couple weeks back. Have been out on the highway a few times, this last weekend was going 85-90 with a 30-40 mph crosswind. No problems, no flutter, no noise. My only complaint is the adhesive isn’t continuous around the perimeter and dust, debris and road grime is going to collect...
  15. Fueling Thoughts

Too late in the evening for mental mathing, but I love that big red boy in your profile pic
  16. What did you DO TO your 6G Ranger today? 🧰 🛠️ ⚙️ 🧽
