I run wireless all the time, and yeah, rock solid with my Pixel 7 Pro as well.
When I first got the truck, later 2024 I had to hold the wheel buttons a few times to reset, but that hasn't happened in 2025 I'd say, so software update fixed it for me.
Beware of this one. I bought the same kit, and this particular piece reacted with the plastic underneath, it wrinkled up and generated some....'sweat' I guess underneath it. I had to toss it. The rest have all been fine.
hmm, sorry dude, then I was wrong. I've had a similar feeling, and it was the lane centering. You don't need to be driving, I just turned the ignition on in the garage to get the correct path in the settings.
Except they seemed to have not finished the software at the factory or something, and while the software appears to be there on the screen, it actually doesn't work, and the only code that works is the one the dealer would have handed you on a separate card.
I am looking hard at that Pro light bar myself, but I'm confused why they chose such a focused spot light for the reverse lights, I will definitely want something with more of a flood pattern.
same here, I pulled the Rocky Mounts off my Taco when I traded it in, now I just need to figure out how to mount them without having the convenience of the rails the Taco had. I'm still trying to decide if I put them on the top rail, or somehow affix a track to the front bottom of the bed...
not to be that guy, but its lane centering in the adaptive cruise control that you're talking about, not lane keeping assist. Lane keeping is a separate feature.
and yes, after doing multiple 2 hrs road trips in the truck, I ended up turning off the lane centering, because either it just...
completely disabled, or just default to off?
I am not interested in completely disabling it, but I do like the idea of it defaulting to off, rather than on.
