  1. My 24’ Cactus Gray Ranger Build

Welcome to my 2024 Ranger FX4 XLT cactus build! I wanted to make a little thread to document my build for fun. Comingfrom a 2021 tremor I was a bit worried, but I’m happy to have the freedom to do what I want to it as the tremor had limited lift options and such. So far this thing has been...
  2. Bison Tri Fold Tonneau Cover on a 2024 Ranger XLT

Any issues with the clamps that were provided or all good? have read other people ordered different ones. thanks
  3. *Bed Rail Bracket Help*

Any update on this? Did you guys find the right clamps! I just ordered a flush mount tri fold and now seeing the provided clamps don’t work properly?
  4. Bison Tonneau Cover

I just ordered a bison for my 2024. Can you confirm the clamps it comes with don’t work? I will order these if so…. seems like the bakflip mounting is the best but hard to beat the price of the bison.
  5. Is the 2024 Ranger Alternator sealed?

Tried googling and searching and not much definitive information. AI says yes but wanted to see if anyone knew otherwise. I know the kryptonite for the 21/22 was the bottom mounted open air alternator. Would like to know for water/mud crossings! thanks!
  6. 285/70/17 Open Country & Bilstein 5100’s installed

I don’t seee why not. But the only thing is you’d have to dial in the spring rate
  7. 285/70/17 Open Country & Bilstein 5100’s installed

my parkade is 7ft and it fits. 6ft 8 is close and hits the antenna everytime, I’ve ordered a stubby so should be clear for that. I wouldn’t risk a 6’6 though
  8. 285/70/17 Open Country & Bilstein 5100’s installed

I’d say slightly more stiff than the stock set up, but nothing crazy. The bilstein is digressive so changes depending on shaft speed I believe. Not bouncy at all and seems to be tighter than the OEM set up. Goes well with the rears now but I plan on doing the rear as well, just gotta do some...
  9. 285/70/17 Open Country & Bilstein 5100’s installed

Can’t really confirm. Only difference I see is the bilstein you use your OEM coil & top hat where as the fox would probably be a full kit and may not be the proper spring rate or top hat. Can’t say forsure!
  10. 285/70/17 Open Country & Bilstein 5100’s installed

Yes that’s what I did. Stock in the rear still. though I have heard 2020-2023 ranger rears fit.
  11. 285/70/17 Open Country & Bilstein 5100’s installed

Approx 24 inches front and 24 and a quarter in the rear
  12. 285/70/17 Open Country & Bilstein 5100’s installed

ya I think you’re right. Lowest is like .7 inch lift or something like that. It’s hard to say, all the measurements listed in packaging are for a broncos ride height
  13. 285/70/17 Open Country & Bilstein 5100’s installed

it would have to be taken apart, moved up a clip, then coil back on. But each clip would need to be compressed more
  14. 285/70/17 Open Country & Bilstein 5100’s installed

Just picked up the ol gal from the shop. Last week we tried to install the Bilstein 6100’s and found the lower perch to be too large for the OEM coil. So we went with the 5100’s and they fit great. Looks pretty level on the 2nd Circlip. Also Installed tire/wheels while they were at it. We got...
  15. 2024 XLT FX4 Ranger - New Method 703 17x8.5 +35 offset w/BFGoodrich KO3 285/70R17 tires

confirmed the 6100's do NOT fit with the OEM coils as the perch is too large for the OEM coil. was worth a shot, but will have to go with the 5100 for now.
  16. 2024 XLT FX4 Ranger - New Method 703 17x8.5 +35 offset w/BFGoodrich KO3 285/70R17 tires

Going to attempt the Bronco 6100's on the front next week, will report back!
  17. 21' Tremor Suspension on 24' Ranger

Anyone try this yet? These guys mention that its almost exactly the same mounting. In theory could one order the 23 ranger adjustable fox set and toss it on the 24? if so that would be a game changer as there seem to be minimal options right now for suspension/lifts! Video for reference
