Maybe check out this thread here where the OP disconnected the battery terminal for a few to reset the system.

I think neatly sealing the stake pocket covers and also between the truck bed/outsides of the trim with neutral curing silicone is the way to go. I masked everything up with blue painters tape, and just took my time. I did the front corners of the bed with water sealing tape from the inside of...
I assumed the OP was referring to the seat back tilting forward-which in my truck the release is in between the middle and passenger head rest. I said to myself the other day when I was fixing my slamming to latch issue, "this would be more convenient if it was on the drivers side."
The seat...
Hey there - the hoses that came with mine (Willmoso) barely fit into the small pre-drilled ones you are referring to (no grommets) . I kinda had to "thread" them into there. I trimmed them at a bit of an angle before I put them in. I reamed out the Line X with a razor knife.
I got my Willmoso installed a couple days ago. Was basic stuff, but took a bunch of micro adjustments to get it going smoothly for me. It turned out good though. There's a couple You Tube videos (AI badly translated - HA!!) that helped a lot. Couple people on the forum helped me a lot too...
Hey there - it wasn't my video, just found it on you tube. Yes, the 6 stake pockets would likely still leak. I thought he should have siliconed around the top of the stake pockets as well.
Hey there - welcome! If you search around, there's posts with people's solutions in the forum regarding sealing up the bed. You can remove the trim pieces and seal. Run a neutral curing silicone around the trim pieces and stake bed pockets. I'm going to seal with silicone, and the tonneau...
Appreciate the info, shoot, I didn't know. Come to find out, the one I have on order is an acetoxy silicone. I think I'll return it for a neutral cure silicone instead just in case.
I read your post on the GFC campers forum. Great job on the silicone on the trim pieces! I am going to seal mine too before I install my tonneau cover. I hadn't considered masking, now I will.
I am likely going to make my own stake pocket shims from Delrin and seal the pockets too. Delrin...
I like:
-the price
-that it covers the plastic caps on the side
-the price
-that it has rails for a bed rack
-oh, and the price. Ha!
I'm hesitant that it's retractable, hoping the mechanism doesn't jam up. Also hoping it doesn't freeze in the winter, but where I'm at in NM it doesn't get too...
