I run on the beach I don't notice anything yet however I did coat everything with Cosmoline. I also notice while looking in the chassis frame there was a coat of protectant equivalent to vaseline on my 25 FX 4.

Have them check the waste gate solenoid. Also there are blow off valves in the intercooler pipes that can malfunction. Just a guess.

I used the clear Cosmoline on the shafts. You can brush it on or spray it. It will have a slight amber color or you can use the Black Cosmoline. I use it on both vehicles. I go off road on sand by the salt water so I want the most protection for the undercarriage.
