  1. All I want is 10 mph

Yes, easily 125 on those roads with goose E40 tune. Just for a moment though….The tires.
  2. Truck automatically switching from 2H to 4H without pressing anything

Mine has switched drive modes by itself a handful of times over two years and 35k miles. Same scenario, cruising at 70 on the highway then I see the dash cycling through drive modes….. at least the truck is smart enough to not switch into 4lo at that speed. One time it switched from 4auto to...
  3. Goosetuned Tuning Thread - Ranger/Bronco 3.0 Raptor +300hp!

How’s drivability? Spooling compared to stock? Are you going to or have you tested modified turbos? I’m at 35k miles with your E40 tune. The truck runs great. Garretts and down pipes are here; waiting on pump & injectors. While I wait, should I modify the turbos to get the most out of it? Still...
  4. Nostrum Ranger Raptor ESSIM Ethanol Content Analyzer

Iā€˜ve been running an E40 mix with my goosetune on my 24 raptor for the past few months. I was mixing fuel in 6 gallon jugs and it quickly got old. Finally pulled the trigger and installed the Nostrum ESSIM Ethanol Content Analyer. So much more convenient to pump the fuel into the tank and read...
  5. Wiring Grill Lights to Operate with DRLs

Didn’t know about the F150 part. You can easily reach in and disconnect the headlight harness without taking anything apart. I just got the harness and cut the connector off and soldered on a twist together inline fuse. I don’t much more about forscan.
  6. Wiring Grill Lights to Operate with DRLs

Pin #9 is the marker lights, which has a constant 12V and comes on with the marker lights/headlights. (Forscan can make it always on) Pin #3 is DRL which is always on but does dim/reduce voltage. I switched the pin to #9 because I wanted full 12V and switched with the marker lights. If you...
  7. Which Fuel Grade do you use in your Ranger Raptor?

I have a 94 tune & E40 tune from goose. E40 performance is amazing, max before needing upgraded fuel system. 14.1 mpg with 94. 10.1 mpg with E40. There is a Sunoco 94 pump and flex fuel E85 pump a mile from my house. The ethanol mix at the flex fuel isn’t guaranteed so you have to test and...
  8. GooseTuned Ranger Raptor Custom Tuning - Finally here! COBB and HPTuners!

I saw that there was a part number for the entire assembly and it seemed to be a lot cheaper then getting the individual parts. Never investigated the assembly availability.
  9. Wiring Grill Lights to Operate with DRLs

The connecters on my lights and SPV adapter were not compatible. I cut the ends off both and added an inline fuse.
  10. GooseTuned Ranger Raptor Custom Tuning - Finally here! COBB and HPTuners!

Parts were available within a couple days. Initially just the axle was ordered then they realized the carrier was damaged as well. Back on the road in three weeks.
  11. Wiring Grill Lights to Operate with DRLs

I installed my signature lux grille lights. Powered them with the SPV headlight harness. They came out great. Lux Led SPV Headlight Harness The SPV harness came with the tap on pin 3 (DRL@5v), I switched it to pin 9 (marker lights@12v). My marker lights are always on along with the grille lights.
  12. GooseTuned Ranger Raptor Custom Tuning - Finally here! COBB and HPTuners!

Just one shaft and the differential (the center carrier and gears). Maybe they should have Replaced the entire axle. The parts diagram shows the assembly to be half the price over buying one shaft and the differential individually! Axle Assembly - Ford (MB3Z-4001-CL) No more launches for me 🤣
  13. GooseTuned Ranger Raptor Custom Tuning - Finally here! COBB and HPTuners!

Back in business after breaking the axle!! Replaced: Differential Carrier - Ford (MB3Z-4200-X) Axle Shaft - Ford (MB3Z-4A013-B)
  14. S&B Ranger Raptor Intake available in May

Fits with charge pipe. Not sure about the crossover.
  15. GooseTuned Ranger Raptor Custom Tuning - Finally here! COBB and HPTuners!

I would say normal driving with the extra power would not damage the diff / axels. I’m at 19k miles and daily drive it with a heavy foot. No brake boost launches until last week with the E40 tune. I was reluctant to go full tilt on the launch but wanted to see what It could do. 1st run was...
  16. GooseTuned Ranger Raptor Custom Tuning - Finally here! COBB and HPTuners!

Brake boost broke something. My axels probably look like what was posted earlier!!
  17. Official Ranger Raptor 0-60 MPH Verified Times - Post Yours!

Launch done as explained in post #38 Sport mode, sport shocks, sport steering, baja exhaust, 4H. Hold traction control button until Advanced trac is off. Complete stop. Paddle up to 2nd gear. Stood on the brake. Gas down until the boost starts climbing and let off the brake. 1st run launched...
  18. Official Ranger Raptor 0-60 MPH Verified Times - Post Yours!

Finished up with GooseTuned. 1st run with an okay launch and letting off too soon got me mid 12s. I thought I could get into the 11s with a better launch, better DA and power through all the way to the end. 2nd didn’t go well - rear diff exploded on launch ?
