Just based on this video I changed the oil at 1000, then probably at 3000 and continue 5000 interval. Doesn't hurt just extra money on the oil changes.

This may not help you, but I have a friend who is ASE certified who I plan to install for me. How does one register or show proof that he installed the tune? As I plan on doing it myself and have him register it?

This seems to be made out of aluminum which is great to keep cost down. Compared to ADD and adventure lab's steel (from the looks of it). Unless adventure lab has an introductory pricing, price wise this is a great option.
