I had to chuckle when I read this. I bought a new Ranger in 2008. I had it about two weeks or so and was giving it a bath. I noticed the driver door handle was color matched (blue) and the passenger side was matte black! I had to do a double take. I actually laughed my ass off, as did my dealer...
Not that I’m aware of. Mine was offloaded from the train yesterday and now have no idea other than what my dealer shared. His ETA is showing 11-18 April. Guess from this point, I just wait for the call stating it’s there!
So the train was in a “Notification Ground Only” for three days. It moved to “Actual Placement of Car”. From what I’ve been able to research, that means the rail car is positioned to be unloaded. Then it’s just the wait for the trip to the dealer!
My truck made it to the final rail yard yesterday. The tracker is stating ETA 9-20 April. Hopefully it won’t take three weeks to travel the final 40 miles.
