    I had mine added @ 125 miles at the dealership. The 3 years 36.000 is the total miles on the truck not from here you added the pro cal softwarre. Just over 2,000 miles no issues….

    Check your lumbar support make sure it’s not turned up too high or maybe too low. This could help. I haven’t had any issue with my 2024.

    I believe the 3/36,000 is only with dealer install…had mine done at the dealer and the 36,000 is your total miles not from when you add it.
