I posted some photos (should have to start with) as pictures speak thousands of words. Had to look through the shop and find and old SN oil though. Lol
We are talking Ford Rangers. Ford has had the twin scroll since 2015 and as progress is made the technological use and ECU programing has changed to make better use of it also, just ask a Ford engineer. Otherwise they'd be out of a job. Port injection as been around since the 80's has it...
Just follow the alphabet, SC oil is newer than SB, SE is newer than SC, SP oil is newer then SN etc... use the second letter for the latest greatest type of thing scenario. The letter A being the oldest from back in the 30's to SQ being the latest in 2025! Oils are manufactured to be backwards...
March of 2025 the API approved of the new Rating of "SQ" so your going to start seeing it in the Doughnut symbol on oil jugs soon if not already. It's backwards compatible per the norm so don't be alarmed if you need an oil for SP, SN, SN plus etc...
I just bought some Motorcraft oil and it...

I used some leftover G5 alloy paint I had for my Mustang from Nason, close match until I change it later. Just couldn't stand staring at the silver mustache! I did it a few days after bringing it home.
Fords new dual injection strategy is quite ingenious and goes like this, the Port injection is fully operable, at all times. The RPM at which it starts to be added to by the Direct injection is dependent on engine size and load. The basics are if your piddly putting around and staying out of a...
Just a short write up on how to remove the front lower valance panel for repainting on the 2025 Ranger. First if you have 4X4 remove the front skid plate 4-15mm bolts, (you do not have to completely remove the rear two they have slots) If you have the lower wind valance remove that as it will...
I tried the "attach files" it goes through the procedure to post a photo but does nothing. Strange thing is it will let me post a photo to an existing thread just not the one I'm working on to pass on information!?
I cannot seem to find out how to post photos on the forum to go with helpful information I'd like o post!
Anyone explain his for me? When I try and attach photos it does nothing!?
