A gallon or two, or even three isn’t going to make that much of a difference. When you think about it, we’re bound more by where gas stations are located than we are by small increases in range.
What? You mean there are still some MY23s out there? ?
I joke but the Ford lots along my regular route to the cottage and around the city haven’t had Rangers on their lots for the past five months. A lot of Broncos and finally some F150s but no Rangers.
Well, I’ve seen guys turn their regular 5Gs into a ”Tremor” for way more than what a Tremor would cost, so you’re not wrong about people. Given the limited RR dealer allotment, I suspect many folks will prove your point even further. ?
I was reading this article online and came here to 6g to see if the story had been posted yet. The ARB bumper and lighting are a big improvement to the front end. There are suspension upgrades as well. Overall, yeah, I’m digging it.
Hmmm, is this why we don’t have a Tremor right out of the gate?
Sure, that’s usually the case, but a few years ago, we could say, “They never open order banks without having the inventory scheduled to meet scheduled production. They are way past engineering drawings at this point.“
Yet, here we are. Based on recent events, I’ll believe it when I see it and...
Well, FA has shown itself to be speculative at best and uses it’s own special brand of wishful thinking as click bait most of the time.
Ford, itself, has kept the Ranger under wraps for so long, I expect their debut to only include a rendering and date with only a few, or no, details on specs...
It might be easier to simply remove the seat bottom on one side of the Scab’s rear cabin for that portly bugger’s crate. They come out super eady and quick so you can access the under seat storage areas. They don’t have a bench seat like in the Screw - something to think about.
It depends on who you choose to believe - rumours are it will have a Coyote with a six speed manual, or a PHEV, or full EV, or a 2.7 ecoboost, or a 3.2 diesel, etc., etc., etc.
Basically, no one knows what will be offered at this point. There’s a lot of speculation but I doubt even Farley knows. ?
That really depends on the size of the pothole Alex but generally, yes it could affect the lifespan of your suspension. It could also cause something to break and could even damage a wheel or tire. A country side road with a broken truck is a very lonely place to be.
If you’re constantly...
Are you filling up when it reads 1/4 full?
I don’t think the size of the tank is the issue. If you’re only getting that many miles per tank, that’s about 18 mpg or less. I do better than that with a heavy fibreglass topper, 2” level, big heavy tires, loaded up roof rack, fender flares, a bed...
