Hi everyone. I was just at my local XPEL detail shop and was quoted $1000 for the 4yr ceramic coating including doing the tonneau cover aluminum panels. I was also quoted $1400 for a custom front end PPF (partial hood & leading edge of the fenders that face forward, all of the bumpers there's...
I received mine today and according to the owners manual you can disable the shock sensor by taking the following steps:
1. Turn the ignition key off and remove key (push to start turn off vehicle)
2. Within 15 seconds open the drivers door
3. Within 15 seconds press the unlock button on your...
Ya my truck came with the factory all weather footwell liners/floor mats and to be honest they look like a set of WeatherTech liners. I've had their liners in all of my vehicles over the past decade!
There's supposed to be a "valet mode." I read about it somewhere. If I find it I'll post it up. Turns out I was dead wrong there is no valet mode for the perimeter plus only for the Sync system. Ford instructs you to turn down the sensitivity on the shock sensor!
I tried to order mine through...
I didn't order it, but all of my trucks end up being black. with the exception of my 1986 Ranger. I had a Dodge Dakota RT Black, an F250 FX4 Black, Ranger Raptor Black! I told one dealer that was searching for one for me I'd take anything except that metallic green looking one! lol 😂
Yesterday I received WeatherTech no drill mudflaps and their window deflector kit.
So today was installation day! Mudflaps went on with minimal drama, but installing the deflectors made me realize I unfortunately had a bad window seal from the factory...

On my 26 RR I too have an annoying wind noise that sounds like it's coming from the top rear of the drivers window and the crew cab window behind me. I already know there is an issue with the window molding on the crew cab window drivers side. It is getting replaced by the dealer. I installed...
I went to install my WeatherTech window deflectors today and when I got to the last window on the crew cab I realized there was something wrong with the window molding. About three inches wide at the top back edge the molding rolled over into the space the window should go. The dealer didn't try...
So I want to do a little review of my experience with RealTruck.com.
I originally ordered the Gator EFX for my 26 RR. This forum informed me about the bed rails change for 26 making them different from the 24-25RR. So I used their electronic system to ask about fitment and I called. I don't...
You can always do what several of us have done and get a folding & locking tonneau cover. I have tools locked in a truck box in my bed under mine. You can stow an awful lot of nonsense under the cover! Lol :sunglasses:
PS the Decked stuff is nice!
This is correct 24-25 have the same bed rails. They are different on the 26. I believe the plastic bed caps are thinner. It really matters how your shell attaches. Your best off checking with it's manufacturer. I can just confirm they are different. I just went through this getting the right...
Installed my RealTruck Undercover Tonneau cover well Saturday anyways!
Today went and got my free tank of gas from the dealer as well as getting my 1 year free Huntington Beach, city beach, parking permit a $195 perk to buying an auto in HB.
I just plugged all the upper bed holes at the cab with camper tape. At least that's what we use to call it. It's basically modeling clay that will never dry out completely. When I was doing custom AV enclosures we used this stuff to seal woofers into their enclosures. It makes for great flexible...
