Looks like not a lot of us got emails and had to confirm directly with Ford/our dealer.
And just as an FYI, I ordered:
Ranger Raptor in Velocity Blue. Originally ordered the Wheel Lock option but that had to be taken off per Ford. I'm getting a spray-in bed liner, but am having it done through...
I didn't receive an email, but I did reach out to my dealer.
I got my VIN and a build date of 2/12/2024. I then called into Ford to confirm and make sure. The rep said that it was pulled for scheduling today. So I guess it's still possible for me to receive an email from Ford.
Yay! Good luck...
I also got the same email. It sucks because it doesn't list the order number and I have 2 different dealerships that I'm dealing with. Makes it difficult to determine which dealer order to attribute the email to. lol
Following up....
I did not receive an email from Ford on 11/25 regarding my order from Dealer 2. Next up is 12/23 from Dealer 1.

I've mapped both my orders out and have only received 1 email per each order. No scheduling as of yet. Next up is 11/25 on Order #2, so we'll see what happens on that date.

I had the dealer's stock allocation converted to retail on June 26th. Never did receive an order confirmation email. However, on Aug 10th (45 days after June 26th), I did receive the 'Information regarding your Ford order.' canned email. I fully expected to receive another 45 day email on...
I got my first 45 day email on August 10th and expected to get one on September 24th, but nothing showed up. It's funny because my order was switched from Stock to Retail on June 26th. I never did receive an initial "we've got your order" email, but Aug 10th is 45 days after June 26th and I got...
What I don't understand is how after switching RR orders from stock to retail the dealership can still charge an ADM fee. Once the order is retail, my understanding was that you had price protection. Are these dealerships just saying "Welp.. doesn't matter, someone will pay an ADM fee. So it's...
I'm guessing it's the former, at least for my 2nd dealership, as I watched the Sales Manager switch their stock order to a retail order. Hopefully scheduling will happen soon...
This whole scheduling process is the most confusing thing ever. I have orders in at 2 different dealerships. The first dealership says that I'm "first in line" for their allocation, but they do have another customer with a RR order (they've told me my priority is 10 with the other customer as...
