Nice , but I have a crazy question. As we all know, vehicles are created with crumple zones to protect the occupants. A steel bumper will not crumple. Can one be liable for killing someone due to having installed this bumper?

Today, yes, seems to be 10 yrs but the tech is moving fast. By 2025 things might be very different(I would hope).
