My cover is 59 9/16" long. I thought it was a good fit, but I'm surprised the cover leaked front, back, and sides after an all day rain. I also did had to address sharp edge issues on the rails.

What is the length of the new cover?

Calling around now to find a dealer to do the install. A couple dealers said they don't do it because they have had it brick the PCM. Anyone else run into this?

Same part number M-9603-REB30?

And the parts they shipped me is the same as the original.

My 2025 kit arrived today, one week sooner than estimated. Will hopefully compare both kits later after babysitting duties complete.

A new parts kit has been developed for the 2025 Rangers, which included two foam seals.

So are the 2025 beds longer than the 2024? Were the beds redesigned because of the J brace? One of the build sheets I kept when the truck was delivered stated "Job 2".

I had a discussion with tech support this morning, the theory is the diagrams are reversed.

Which measurements did they ask you to supply? I'd like to compare to my truck.

I almost installed mine today. I had downloaded the online instructions to review. They were different than the printed instructions shipped with th3 product. There is apparently a 2025 parts kit that should have been included.

You guys with QC holds and inspection delays have me wondering... My RR with spray bed liner was built 4/2 and delivered 4/4. Looks great so far, just hate the Android auto and Sirius lack of integration.

My truck was delivered today at the dealership. Carbonized Gray looks even better in person IMHO. I'll be picking it up on Monday.

I received notification that my truck was built. Estimated delivery is 6 to 12 days to go 14 miles.

I checked a minute ago. Updated 04/02 built 04/01. Module build data populated.

Downloaded mine also. Blend date is April 1st.
