    Don't use the auto stop start eliminators. Mine was causing the gateway module to have issues and updates were failing in the background.

    My daily is a manual, and I'd love the RR in a manual too. I'd be happy if Ford offered the base XL with a manual and the RR with a manual, but none of the others. The Tacoma still has a manual in North America but only for select trims.

    This. You need to recalibrate the ride height sensors to maximize the ride quality as much as you can. Why not the Eibach 300 lbs springs? I'd do a 1" strut spacer up front to help with the rake.

    Very straight forward. You need the metal to keep it snug. The plastic is too thin.

    Yes they are about 36-37 lbs with the beauty rings. You will absolutely feel a difference with 24 lbs wheels if you keep the same tires.     I think the pricing would be too close to the Raptor for it to make sense. But hopefully it would have a higher payload and towing capacity, while still having an upgraded suspension (Fox 2.0s).

    Apparently the tech has chased all of the wires, grounds and connections. They think it's a module or programming. They'd have to fire off the parts cannon to fix it, but they don't know what exactly is wrong, because everything is seemingly wrong.

    Ford can't fix the truck, so it's getting bought back. Going through the process now and debating if I want to swap it for another RR, or go back to a F-150.

    Nice! I went Ranger Tremor to F-150 to Ranger Raptor. Sadly it looks like my RR is a lemon, if so I'll get another one. I miss the sofa seats and ride comfort of the F-150, but enjoy the maneuverable size of the RR. To me the 6G and RR are lightyears ahead of the 5G in every single way.

    My Ranger is completely bricked now, but I have had this happen, with it going into Rock Crawl and trying to shift into 4Lo, throwing all sorts of errors. The only way to clear it was to go into park, shut off the vehicle, open the drivers door, close the door, restart the vehicle.

    Does anyone have a better contact, or department at Ford to talk to than the 1-800 number? I've been on the phone with an offshore customer service rep for 45 minutes with zero progress. Very painful.
