I check it every 2 weeks. It might be about 1/4 full in 2 weeks, usually less. I haven't noticed any concerns about freezing yet. But thus is my first winter with this truck.

There is a drain hole in the mufflr for condensation. Probably water.

I don't have j braces. FYI I just went though a drive though car wash, and yes there was a slight leak. Nit from the cover though. From the tail gate gap, and from the accessories pop out tabs on the rails. Very little though.

My lomax also has nice rounded edges that kinda follow the shape of the tailgate. I've seen some covers that overhang. I don't like overhangs.

It's a rebranded lomax cover. I got a lomax. No noise at speed. I love it.

Will it cause harm?

I want to install one but I live in a cold climate. I'm worried about the can or the hoses freezing up from Condensation. Am I nuts?
