For those of us that have been hearing the ghost beeps, do you often have your My View settings reset to Trip 1? I’m wondering if there might be a correlation between these events and low battery conditions as noted above.
Maybe, maybe not. I had another one of the new chimes this morning.
Hopefully they find the root cause so I can lose the bleeps, the sweeps, and the creeps.
The bed rails on the 26 are thinner than the 24-25, giving it a shorter Z-height. If you have a clip-on tonneau you probably won't have an issue. If you have a slider or anything that has brackets that bolt into the bed you should check with the manufacturer to see if they have updated...
Glad I'm not going insane. I have been hearing miscellaneous beeps and bloops since the update on my RR as well. There have been no corresponding messages on any of the screens to identify what they are. They are a different tone than any other warnings I have heard in the past.
Interesting read on Ars. Sounds like Audi is getting approval for the matrix headlights in the US.

Have a great trip. I usually take a trip out west every summer but gas and shoulder surgery recovery is going to kill that this year.
I like My Radar too but make sure you opt out of data sharing in privacy settings. Also check it frequently after updates to make sure it didn’t get enabled again.
Doesn't look like it. You just have to link your Ford, com account and pick the VIN of your vehicle from the Ford site. My 2024 was able to be selected.
This looks like a dual can version of the FP one I ran on my F150. If it is, they are very shallow cans. Between that and the very fine mesh, mine would be prone to freezing over extended cold snaps. Ultimately I opted to remove mine each winter.
I have had no such issue with my UPR single...
Pretty sure the restriction is with Android Auto and CarPlay, not with Ford/SYNC. I believe the phone detects motion via GPS and that is what locks it down from second screen. Only way around it would be to use keyboard from phone while moving.
Infotainment screen also changes with drive modes.
Not sure about all of the changes but there are custom backgrounds behind radio station display and fonts and volume slider has different color for each mode.
It does not state that it meets Ford's spec WSS-M2C971-A1 .
It just states the following:
API and ILSAC Standards: Meets API Specifications SP and ILSAC GF-6A or previous standards for quality assurance.

I removed my factory decals because I didn't like the white/black contrast either. I went with a custom color set from Rocky Mountain Graphics that complimented my wheel choice.
