I ran the OP's VIN in Oasis. People asking about other software updates, but I have not seen many for the Ranger yet. Only the Driver Door Module, Passenger Door Module, and Trailer Module show pending updates for the OP's truck. I've checked numerous Ranger Raptors which show the same.

I've seen a number of Ranger Raptors ordered back in June 2023 start entering the production system in my market. I have a deposit on one of them which was due to be built the week of 9/16, but as of today it's still not built.

If it’s like the F150, I believe the cluster is a different part number for anything Raptor. Unique hardware/software compared to the normal 12” cluster.

Congrats! I am debating trading my 8,900 miles 2021 F150 Platinum Powerboost FX4 which has all options for a Ranger Rapor. I hate giving up some of the goodies in the F150, but the smaller size and the fact it will fit in my garage are nice perks. Out here in California, finding one at MSRP...
