Yes, they are front and back. The front one's are in the case that conceals the top and the back one's are for the side rails. The tubes are clear plastic so shouldn't rattle.

I ended up going with Syneticusa . Easy to install and seems to be working as it should. I need to install the rain tubes but I was going to get longer one's as I'm not drilling holes in my bed to drain any water...
