That's great! Those are probably LT tires you're running so that's why it's stiffer. I'm going to look for P tires since I don't really go off road. I put on the Husky fender flares so I'm just looking to fill out the wheel well.

Is this truck a 2.3 or 2.7? Mine is a 2.7 and it probably sits a little lower than a 2.3. I really want 285's but I don't want to touch the suspension if I can avoid it. I tow heavy sometimes. I might go with a 1" spacer or a 30 offset wheel so I'll have a little breathing room by the UCA...

Thanks for the advice. I loosened the rails up today and pushed up on the inner part while pushing down on the upper bed cap part then I tightened it back up just snug and that seemed to help with the alignment. I didn't check for leaks yet.

NICE! Any chance of that size tire fitting a stock height Ranger with a 1" spacer or 30mm offset wheels. I don't want to raise the front too much if at all because I tow heavy sometimes. I'll do 1.5" max if I have to.

Is that stock height or do you have a level? I want to do a 1.5 level but I was wondering if I could put the 285/65R18 tires on first with a +30 wheel and then drive it for a short period before doing the level.

Thanks, there was a code to scan in the box so that's what I was working with. Support sent me this correct manual today. I got the boards installed but the Bluetooth app isn't working so they're sending me a new obd plug.

Has anyone installed Amp research power strip vision running boards? The instructions suck!! I have to tap 2 wires on the OBD port but the instructions show a different ODB port that has a 8mm screw holding it in. Mine (25 Lariat 2.7L) just clips out and I do not have the two colored wires...
