Update, no problem since tightening loose engine ground cable---Hey!!!

Being a mechanic for ever. A leak is drops of fluid on the ground. Anything else is normal seepage. It is not a problem if you don't have to add fluid.

Found the loose bolt on the ground strap. Engine ground strap is in front of the engine under the skid plate. Sure this will fix my problem also.

I will put the Ranger on the hoist (nice having your shop) and see if I can find the ground strap. Have thought about adding a ground strap from battery to engine. Ranger doesn't come with one. Thanks for the reply. Dave

The battery light comes and beeps says there is a fault. Honda started to use this "smart tech charging" back in the 90s. Checked the voltage with my volt meter.

This site has given me way to many ideas! Good news is I'm getting close to being finished. Latest is a seat belt bypass for driving back and forth at the shooting range and not hearing the bell the whole time. Dave

Brought it to the Ford dealer and they don't have a clue. When its not charging I give the system a high load (a/c on high, lights on high) and then it will charge. Has no codes and is intermittent. Have a trip planned to Idaho and I want this fixed. Anyone else have this problem? Thanks for any...

Where was the bad ground. My 2025 is having a problem not charging at times. Thanks Dave

If you want to smooth the ride out and drive it easy, I run 16psi. Have never had any problems. Been doing this for over 20 years.
