Mine did it once, leaving a store. Bunch of lighting related error messages I mostly couldn't read because I was driving. I stopped, restarted the truck and it was fine.
Random stupid stuff:
The truck didn't lose my settings for 4 whole days, then yesterday it went to defaults again on first startup.
Plus yesterday the pass side door handle sensors quit working. I tried everything, no joy.
This afternoon after 4 hours on the road it fixed itself..

Today on the way to Little Rock Arkansas. Hit a couple small rain storms.
These green rolling hills are sure a nice reprieve from endless straight flatness..
I believe that after installing the leveling kit you need to recalibrate the control arm sensors.
The truck will then have the correct data for the headlights, shocks, stability control, etc.
