What year is the Ranger you are trying to program? Are you running the latest version of FORScan? FORScan support told me that when upgrading you should delete your vehicle profile and rescan with the new version.

One would think a dealer installed option would mean that includes painting it as well. If it comes in black unpainted, I might consider that option as well on my white RR.

Interesting. I would have just assumed they would be body color matched per the VIN when the dealer orders the part. However, looking at the pictures when building one at ford.com the black doesn't look bad on white either. Hmmmmm. I am getting it installed in a couple of weeks so we'll see...

I don't disagree and have never used any assisted parking features on any vehicle. I do like the parking sensors of course but too old to trust any of the "auto parking, trailer backup, self-driving, etc". I'm not going to miss the feature on my 2025, just trying to see what the differences...

Is the "only black" confirmed somewhere? I've seen online pictures of supposed 2025 Rangers with body colored keypads. Only black would be horrible.

Just a note about the 2025 RR. For the "Remember fogs on/off" setting, enabled appears to be the default state and doesn't need adjusting at least what I experienced.

I submitted an email request to FORScan support for this issue so hopefully they will have some idea of what might be going on.

I have a lifetime license so let me see if I can get this to support. I have never had an issue so will have to see what the process is to do that.
