What Ranger did you get? I bought a Ranger Raptor and I haven’t heard a single insult though the random people that come look at my truck when I park somewhere or get gas can be annoying.
It’s just a scammer. They probably don’t even own a ranger much less one with a tune.
don’t have a 2.7 but the tune worked wonders on the 3.0. Shifting smoothed out, the increase to go and torque were immediately noticed, and gas mileage increased. I would assume the 2.7 tune would work similarly.
A v8 in the Ranger Raptor would be nice. An Australia company has been putting coyotes in the RR.
more power? The RR is the 2nd fastest raptor in fords line up. The only raptor that’s faster is the Raptor R at 120,000.
My thought remains the same. If you’re worried about towing in a midsize size truck then you bought the wrong truck to start with. I have a f150 Lariat for towing. But even a f150 Raptor would have more towing capacity than anything the Ranger line offers. You speak of towing like it’s...
Towing capacity isn’t an upgrade from the RR. The RRs lower towing capacity only comes from its fox live valve off-road suspension. The Tremors suspension would be a downgrade from that, hence the higher towing. I could just as easily buy some airbags for my suspension if I wanted to tow more...
Marsh grey has been the best for me at not showing dirt as well. I live in the sticks so it’s always dusty as soon as I get it how. From the wash. Can hardly see the dust in it. Thick dirt will show though after I take it through my muddy field but that will show on just about anything.
You can select your own shop in the US. Some policies might vary on this but all of mine have allowed it. By the time I call my insurance company my vehicle is already in route to the shop of my choice and I just tell them where to send the check.
It’s called reflective black shadow. During the day depending on the angle it looks either matte black or black camo. When a light hits it at night it changes to a white camo.
You should recalibrate everything with any lift but the the live valve shocks are essentially gone at this point. The recalibration at this point is to correct the headlights. The down travel he minimized and the firmer ride that came with the perch collars isn’t going to get any better no...
