Mine cracked at about 8K miles. No visible chip. I was pretty hopeful at the dealership until the warranty lady ran her pen along the crack. Sure enough there was a chip. Replaced by Safelite through comprehensive with a $500 deductable.

Mine hasn't done this. BUT It doesn't have sand mode. I saw some posts from ROW owners mentioning sand mode and figured NA didn't have it. Now the OP has it. Weird.

I don't use AA, but I am using an Android phone. I regularly get the static and calls where I can't hear the other person. Disconnecting and re-calling seems to fix it every time. I read somewhere on this forum that Ford is fixing this towards the end of 2024 with an OTA update.
