I canceled my order a couple days ago. I again called for a status update just in case they were to be available sooner, they are not, so decided to possibly go with the SignatureLux option. I hope those of you still waiting will receive them sooner than later, I just freed up a set for someone.

I drove a loaner with the tall shifter, and read quite a few negative reviews about the shorty in the Raptor. That said, I much prefer the shorty in the Raptor both functionally, and aesthetically.

Exactly why I checked the box when I ordered my pickup, I don’t necessarily like the looks of it on the door (thus why I’m relocating it), and yes it looks 1980ish, but I really like the convenience of not having to carry the fob in some situations.

Looks great! I’m going to do the same, I ordered a new cover that I’ll paint matte black, I’ll keep the original painted cover if I ever want to move it back to the door. What paint did you use?
