He was saying that it looks like 2025 includes the TBC but not the 2024 (anger face), so if that's the case since you have 2025 with basic tow you should be fine without adding anything. for my 2024, I have not yet tried the bronco fix as I'm still not clear of how the physical squeeze button...
it was not in the Features-confirmed tab. Once a feature is confirmed I move it from the Features-TBD to Features-confirmed.... Maybe overkill, but there was so much junk copied from F150 that we don't know if work or not, I kept the tabs seperate... Anyway, thanks for keeping this going!
I googled for a Ranger Raptor available on a lot a few months ago, got the VIN, and converted to CSV. Open the attached. (If you open in Microsoft Excel, choose "don't convert" to preserve the leading 0s)
I believe trail control is below. These were already enabled on my NA Lariat.
IPC...
Yeah, doesn't look like something I'll be doing.... Will find some alternate solution. I don't really like the swing out ones, so will probably just drop a toolbox in the bed. Was an interesting thought though :)
Ok I found this. looks quite complicated :( .
this is the Colorado: https://www.motorbiscuit.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/08/Tailgate-2023-GMC-Cayon-AT4X.jpg
No I'll have to see if I can get a picture of it. It's actually part of/IN the tailgate itself. so you flip the tailgate down, and where we have a measurement and cup holders, the Colorado has a panel that can open up and store a few items in it.
Wondering if anyone has come up with some way to utilize the hollow space in the tailgate. My friend's Colorado has a nice compartment to put some things in, and I'd love to have something similar in the Ranger. A place to put jumper cables, tire repair kit, etc would be really nice to have...
Zone lighting is there on my truck, so not sure why not there on yours. no mods needed. Not sure about drive mode from center screen, but i've tried everything I know to get walkaway lock and cannot find anything for that.
Do check out the spreadsheet...
Pressing the lower gear shift manual button one time it shows up the gears 1-10 on the cluster. But each successive press of same button prevents the truck from going into that gear starting from 10. so if you press it 4 times, it only allows gears 1-6 (noted by the gear selector graying out...
Ok I might be crazy, but the other day I ran over a huge nail that immediately came out of the tire. As I started driving away I heard the clunk of whatever it was I ran over, then a few things happened. First, the dash lit up telling me tire pressure low (really low). That's pretty typical...
You can change this in ForScan, but not sure if anyone has confirmed it or not. I personally prefer it to auto on every time. It's in BCM 726-74-01, or "Headlamps Position at Ignition On "
As DesertBumAZ mentioned, you approach lighting has to be enabled in ForScan. once enabled, the option for welcome lighting will appear in your settings.
Can you confirm if the A/C still turns on when the front defroster is turned on? I have added the info you gave onto the confirmed tab of the spreadsheet. Please check it for accuracy as I personally have not tried this setting and am just going on your post.
Can't speak for reliability as this my first Ford in a long time, but if you're concerned overall, the extended warranties through Granger are cheap enough to gain some piece of mind. My wife's car is a BMW and I traded in a Mercedes for this truck and I can say while the creature comforts and...
I have roll n lock. same comments on the space it takes up. I think if I were to do again I'd go with the bak x4s revolver. Canister could be removed but not easily and probably would take work to get it back on and aligned properly. I suspect retrax is similar.
Quick question - for this on the Bronco, do one of those parts come with the cable that connects the dash switch to the module? I looked behind the dash and where the switch would go there is no wiring that I can see, but there is wiring and connector on the left side of the wheel closer to the...
This is awesome info. I take my truck in for oil change next week so am going to have them look into this for me. Exactly the solution that I am hopeful for.
