I installed the turbosmart BOV. Issue I have now is the original bolts are in bad shape, rounded off. If I ever need to reinstall the original I can’t use the bolts that came with it from factory. I searched and searched Ford part catalogs but can’t find them.

Thanks! I still need to do some further dremmeling to the back of the outside 2 LEDs to recess them a little further. The center opening is slightly larger than the outer ones and the light sits further back. I had to put 4 layers of 3m tape on the back of the middle one to even them all up.

I picked up my 2025 Ranger Raptor on Friday and after driving around for the weekend felt it was driving a little stiff. Checked tire pressure and all 4 KO3’s were at 49 psi. All cleaned up. It was totally worth the wait.

Originally they said would be ready by 3:30 pm. So that would have been 6hrs to unload, inspect and clean it. They pushed it up a little for me though. Couple of hrs for the inspection I think.

Truck arrived at 9am! Just waiting for them to finish their checks and get it cleaned up to head over and pick it up.

My order was built with a delivery date in the next day or 2. Now it shows order confirmed and delivery dates are gone? Hopefully it shows up anyway. I thought I had seen where this happened to someone else and it showed up the next day. Fingers crossed.

Order tracking is working again. My delivery date moved to next week, same dates dealership told me. It was showing a month from now.
