Thanks @KayaPayaPigDog for taking a look and posting your findings. It doesn't look to be too bad of a job so far. Now fingers crossed that the boards actually work with US spec trucks! :fingerscrossed:
Removal of the headlight would be fine, as long as the board itself works with US spec trucks. There might be differences in plugs, voltages, etc. Also, overseas models come with matrix headlights, so the design might be different. The fact that they didn’t realize US spec trucks don’t have that...
Can somebody please confirm this works on US models?
I know we don't have the wheel well access panel like the overseas models do, but I don't mind pulling the entire assembly out to swap the boards assuming the boards are plug and play and everything works.
