I love the look of the wrap along the bottom of the doors like that! I've got an XLT in Cactus Gray that I'd like to do the same thing on, would you mind sharing how much that cost?
No problem! I noticed youāre from Peru right? You might need to look into what the differences are between US and rest of the world (ROW) rangers are before you buy any US suspension. There might be some differences. I havenāt used anything outside of the 5100s I put on the back of mine, so I...
Any coilover that bolts into the bronco front end should bolt into the front end of the new rangers. The bronco is capable of a little more lift than the ranger, so donāt get anything that lifts super high. A +3ā lift for a Sasquatch bronco is way too much for the ranger. Best bet is get...
It looked like about a quarter inch between notches. Strut mounts at about the halfway point on the control arm, so I'd say the 2nd or 3rd notch from the bottom would get you to 2.5". Mine settled in around 1.8" or so.
I'm pretty happy with them, I would really like to put 6112s on the front...
I looked into this as well, but as I don't have the box steps I ended up putting mine behind the rear driver's side wheel like you mentioned. I looked at the pirate camp co bracket kit for some DIY inspiration, so maybe start there. The only way I could see to do it in there was to fab up a...
The COBB Accessport would definitely be nice for the 2.3L and 2.7L. I came from a Focus ST with all the bolt-on goodies that I had a custom tune for from Edge Autosport, and that thing was a blast.
Itās gotta be the regular bronco, the sport is much smaller and not a truck⦠I think I just did the current year, which woulda been a 2024. Installed them myself :)
I actually did a short write up on the bronco 5100s last June in a different thread if you want some more info. I answered a few questions there and some more in a thread I started as well! Bilstein 5100s
There is enough room, I bought the Bronco kit set of 5 wheels from Ford when I got the Methods. My spare is the 5th Method wheel with the same K03 on as the rest
Yep, those are the tires I put on. Check out a thread I made back in July here. There's a bit more info about other things I did throughout the posts on that thread as well.
Do you know which Kuat Ibex SKU you actually bought? You said it was used at REI, but looks like you cut a few inches off the horizontal rails to get it to fit, so I was curious if it was the A1 or A2 as those are a bit longer than the A3 made for the Ranger.
Yeah, Iām actually out on the east side of town myself so I go down to highway 83 and drive the trails all along there. Iāve got a state trust land permit (itās only like $12 a year) just to be safe cuz a lot of it is state trust land, but Powerline Road trail is neat, and it connects to a trail...
Here ya go! I couldnāt get the removable sway bar endlinks to stay quiet and it just wasnāt worth it over the clunkiness to have disconnecting links. So I swapped in some universal Godspeed 230-280mm adjustable sway bar end links. Definitely loctite the lock nuts on or they will back off.
