I don't think the 6G is ugly although its preference. However you are right, there is no compelling reason here to move on from a 5G Ranger.

It will be interesting to see how this plays out. Toyota clearly isn't worried about supply constraints and production demand issues as this is one of the main reasons Ford doesn't offer so many options and configurations. Perhaps the new Tacoma will be a big hit and people will be waiting...
