I picked up my truck 4/26 points were in within 2 days. I set up my ford pass account week or more before I picked up truck. Dealer should have asked for your ford pass account number when you picked up truck.
Ford reaching out was pointless. Her response after giving the info was to see the dealership about it. If it's not warranty or defective or a recall it will be my responsibility to pay for it.
I think it's just ford trying to look like they care. Maybe better QC would show they care. Seems...
Did anyone else get a response on this thread from ford social media agent? She is requesting some info like Vin, name, mileage etc. Not sure if she is going to fix the problem or is this just a scam.
