Oh Boy, another "leak" ;)
I wouldn't be surprised to see a similar set up on the regular Ranger.
I know it's early, but so far I am liking what I see for styling and mechanicals.
Now, can you get us a "leak" on the interior. Really hoping Ford improves on the Ranger's interior quality and...
Those are some beefy tow hooks out back. No hooks up front though. I know it's a prototype and there'll be front ones on production units, but I just find it interesting that the back ones are on but not the front.
On another note, the Bronco only has one exhaust tip, but Ranger shows 2. My...
Raptor = Awesome! I'm not seeing a difference in body over the stock Ranger. Looks the same to me?
Didn't notice the twin exhaust at first. Definitely not a 2.3l.
I don't see any signs of a leaf spring either. I'm going to bet it will have pretty much the same suspension as the Bronco
Prototype doesn't look to have the same body "crease" at the top of the box. IMO that is a good thing. I really like the rendering, except for that funky crease at the top of the box and top of front fenders.
8 or 12, doesn't really matter to me. What REALLY matters is whether it is in dash or stuck on like a tablet. The new trend of placing tablets on the dash makes me :puke:. Looks like an afterthought.
What does "need" have to do with it?
Nobody needs power windows, power brakes, power steering, heated seats, heated steering wheel, leather seats, keyless entry, etc, etc....
Of course I don't need a 2.7, but I want one.
This is what everyone says, but it's exactly what I don't understand.
They don't do this in other vehicle segments, so why the mid-size trucks?
I didn't buy a Ranger because it was cheaper and I couldn't afford a full-size. I bought it because I needed a truck and didn't want a full-size...
I want all the options/luxuries that are available in every other segment.
