I got the Ford oem rubber bed mat from ford for $150. It works fine. Saves my knees when I'm on the bed floor loading stuff and it saves the paint from scratching. If not getting a bed liner , this is a good option.
Thats a lot more coverage. If I didnt get the ford mats already for FREE, I would consider buying those. I'm curious ,What is the price of those Tuxmats and what material is that, looks like vinyl?
10K mile oil changes are fine for synthetic oil . 87 octane gas is also fine.
I throw a fuel system cleaner in the tank every other oil change and I'm confident my truck will go over 100K with no issues. Dont believe the naysayers... "the sky is falling if you dont use this high octane...
Ford used to include nice alloy wheels on the XL that made it look nicer than the price point.
The XL is a value for all you get, at least it used to be, now they are cutting corners and removing parts that used to be standard....
"we are watching you ford" I know they lost millions on the...
I had Hondas and Toyotas that mice loved. I tried Irish spring soap bars. The mice actually chewed on them! I found mint spray that seems to work( Mighty Mint). I spray that shit on everything!:sunglasses:
I had 2 kids in the back and they were playing with the seatbelts, kept setting of the alarm. I just inserted the buckles 2-3 times and the alarms reset themselves , eventually. :sunglasses:
I have been pretty impressed with the Territory AT tires that came from the factory. I've used them in the rain snow and ice with no issues. I have taken a couple long trips all highway driving and very good handling and little noise. for oem they are great!
I Agree! It really is the ugliest steel wheel ever seen.
It doesnt match my wheels.
It is the crappiest tire on earth! ( kelvinator all season!) LOL
I'm never using it unless I get a flat in the middle of nowhere
That suks, making payments (I assume) on a $60K truck , that you cannot use for 10 days or more
I wonder if Bronco owners have the same issues ? since the Ranger and Bronco are built on the same assembly line and platform? Do they have same side airbags recall too?
I have a paper manual in my 2024 Ranger.
It's a thing they used to put in your glovebox when you bought a new truck.....but it is no more!
Ford has gotten really cheap
The lumbar support makes it worse. Its just that the shape of the seat is all wrong for my body. The seats sink too low when you sit and when you crank up the lumbar support it pushes too high into my back ,not the targeted lumbar area of the spine .
I agree that the seat could and should be larger than the average sized 13 y.o. boy size.
I have reclined mine to a ridiculous angle so I feel comfortable. I'm 5'.8, 180 lbs and thin.
A fatter person would be in misery I'd imagine.
I agree. At my old age ,I 've spent half my life driving vehicles without airbags, rear view cameras, power windows,, auto braking, parking sensors. Almost 1/4 of my driving life, no A/C, so all the technology means nothing to me. I like the simpler driving experience of an XL.STX. My only...
i turned off all the emergency alerts and braking on my ranger and i checked it today and it is all still off as i set it. it does not reset itself when you restart the truck .....only the auto start stop. i have to reset that after each startup
