These look very similar to the under-seat ducts in the Bronco. The circled areas are the places where I believe they are very often not connected properly from the factory. I haven’t torn my center console apart yet to fix it, but several other Bronco owners have done so, and apparently it...
On this one, I’m pretty sure it does not. However (and correct me if this is wrong), I think the reason they had that before was that the wheel wells were too narrow to fit a 4’ sheet of material between them, so they had notches to install horizontal supports up higher. The mid position of...
I love the Raptor, but it’s not even on my radar as a possible purchase. I even blocked the Raptor section from coming up on my New Topics page, so I don’t have to filter through so many Raptor posts. I consider it a completely separate and different vehicle from the regular Ranger.
I agree...
My BIL I mentioned above was talking about installing some kind of auxiliary tank in the bed, with a self feeding hose into the fuel tank. I don’t know anything about the set up he was looking into, but if I find out, I’ll post it up here…
You do have a point. However, the Ranger in general seems to be an afterthought in the minds of the driving public, from what I’ve observed. Everyone knows Tacoma, and Colorado has taken a strong portion of the market. Ranger, on the other hand, seems to be a truck that only Ford guys buy. I...
I dunno, my BIL has a Ranger he tows a travel trailer behind, and he carries a couple of fuel jugs in the bed so he can top off the tank at rest stops. That’s his chief complaint about his Ranger… ??‍♂️
I've had my F150 for almost six years, and I honestly couldn't tell you if there's a grab handle on the driver's side without going outside and looking. Is this really something you would use?
* [As it turns out, it does! Who knew?] ??‍♂️
If that's how the Tacoma ends up looking, I'm totally fine with it. Who knows which, if any, of those colors is accurate, but I guarantee they will have a better color selection than Ford!
Now, we just have to wait to see how the specs and prices match up...
For sure! Fortunately, I was on a residential street with some speed bumps. I was going over the last bump before the stop sign, and I noticed the brake seemed kind of soft. Then when I went to stop for the intersection about 100 feet further, the pedal just went to the floor! I pumped it a...
The F150 has been fine, but not stellar. I’ve always hated the mushy, no-feedback brakes, even before they tried to kill me when the booster failed and my foot went to the floor without slowing down. I still don’t fully trust them. We tow trailers a lot, including horses, and the brake thing...
Okay, I'll chime in. I own a '17 F150 and a '21 Bronco, as well as a '16 Yamaha XSR900 and a few other "bikes that don't run", as the saying goes. I'm pretty active over on the Bronco6G forum, for those who follow it.
Long story, but my kids will be out of high school in a few years, and...
Bronco has “air ducts” under the front seats, but they don’t do anything. And it seems like it would cost more to engineer under-seat ducts (which are formed from sheet metal in the Bronco) than to simply install the same console ducts that already exist in ROW trucks… ?
