I tried the screw extractor like Roverhound suggested and it didn’t budge. Probably going to drill it out and retap. Nothing like drilling into a new truck. This is becoming annoying…
I did and they did not budge. Ended up using channel locks to try and get more purchase. When I say these suckers were glued in, it is an understatement. Someone went ham at the factory?
This was SUPER surprising to me. I removed the hooks on my 23 Ranger with no issues. With regards to the bedliner, I sprayed it in myself and it’s an easy touchup. Thanks for the reply!
Maybe. Either way, the new “pay for HP” after vehicle purchase is kinda BS. That being said, I purchased the tune as soon as it came out. I feel like this truck has gobs of power that needs to be unleashed. Hopefully someone from Ford reads this and realizes they should just release the full...
Please don’t take my question as condescending. Do you have any evidence of failure with quality spacers? I see a lot of posts against using spacers and have seen pics of failures while using inferior products. I have yet to see failures with the quality spacers. Not doubting you. Just curious.
I can confirm this. When I purchased the Ford tune for my 2023 Ranger, the instructions said any ASE certified mechanic can install it. Ironically, I had Livernois Motorsports do the install. ?
Just some scratches to the bumper. I plan on taking my new Raptor out there soon if anyone wants to meet up and pull me out of whatever mess I get myself into.
