  1. Turn on Side Mirror Amber lights while driving

Which amber lights are you talking about? The only amber lights on the side mirrors are the turn signals?
  2. Had a flat - Hazards automatically came on after pulling over!

I wouldn't call that AI - that's just software programing. The computer knows you had a flat tyre as the TPMS told it so, and once the car came to a stop it put the hazards on as it knows you're stopping due to a flat tyre. Same with if you brake really hard (enough to trigger ABS) and come to...
  3. When using the ford app, whats the range to start stop your vehicle

From my understanding it uses your phone to connect to the vehicle via Ford’s Servers. So you could be anywhere in the world and start the engine as long as your Raptor has cellular connection.
  4. Bluetooth connectivity

Just an fyi - wireless apple carplay connects to the car via wifi, not Bluetooth. You may have wifi interference which is causing connection issues - Try disabling Bluetooth on your phone so it will only connect to your car via wifi (CarPlay)
  5. Charging Fault Causing Other Faults

There’s little to no load on the battery with the car off. You need to monitor the battery voltage when driving - that is also when you’re getting these errors. The battery is also taking on voltage with the engine running via the alternator. You’re not testing much by just reading the battery...
  6. Charging Fault Causing Other Faults

What is the actual battery voltage reading while driving? You can see the battery voltage in the measurments page in the drivers display. Might be worth monitoring it while driving. Could be a faulty battery or alternator issue? Both of which can be confirmed by any service centre
  7. Ranger Raptor in the Snow?

Slippery mode automatically puts it into 4A. Throttle response is also changed so it’s not as sensitive and the gearbox will upshift a lot sooner to keep the revs down. Very useful mode
  8. Annoying headlight switch

Before you start the engine, do you have the ignition on? I'm pretty sure on mine if I press the start button without foot on the brake pedal, it will fire up the ignition. If I then rotate headlights to OFF and then start the engine, the headlights will remain off. However, If I just...
  9. What happens when the live part of the shock fails?

It'll just act like a regular shock. The live part is just a valve (it's 'live' as the valve is controlled by computers) The shock will proably wear and need replacing before the valve fails though
  10. UPDATED: FIXED. Manufacturing Issue or Stupid question - how to manually fold mirrors?

That to me looks like a wrong door switch panel was fitted for sure! Looks like its for a Ranger that doesn't have power mirrors. 100% take this into the dealer, it is the wrong part. I'm sure the wiring is all there, they just need to swap out the switch panel with the correct one
  11. Class Action on Tacoma Transmission.

Only difference is you pay a Toyota tax to not have quality issues...
  12. UPDATED: FIXED. Manufacturing Issue or Stupid question - how to manually fold mirrors?

wha??? Mine's an Aus spec Raptor and has this button, but the other poster has the button in an US spec XLT - if an XLT has it then so should a Raptor. I wonder if any other US spec Raptor owners can advise if they too have this button or not??
  13. UPDATED: FIXED. Manufacturing Issue or Stupid question - how to manually fold mirrors?

Yeah there's a button on the door near where you adjust the mirrors - not sure how to discribe it from memory but it's there. press it once and they fold, press it again and they open out again
  14. Engine/Gear Change, clunky but only in SPORTS

How heavy are you on the trottle when changing from 4th to 5th? I know the US guys are saying sport mode gear shifts seem to be more smooth post the performance tune? I feel like in sport mode the gear changes are better when giving it the beans with wide open throttle - half or low throttle...
  15. Turbo boost in psi?

Are you able to clarify which setting? I've also been wondering this. I've changed my settings to psi in the vehicle settings menu, however only tyres are measuring in psi, boost is still in bar.
  16. New Issue About Done With This Truck

Geez - that sounds horrible! Definitely the only place for it is at the dealer! Hopefully it’s something simple! Please keep us updated
  17. New Issue About Done With This Truck

That’s a strange one. What was the RPM doing? Was the engine RPM fluctuating also? If not probably something up with the wheel speed sensor
  18. Get yourself a Screen Protector.

I got the PPF guys to put some matte PPF on mine. Lowers glare, keeps finger prints off and also protects screen. Works a treat
  19. Dealer extras

None. Never take dealer add on crap. It’s all crap and applied/installed by rushed under trained staff. Avoid like the plague even if it’s at a ā€˜decent’ price
  20. Tufskinz Overlays - what do you like?

My honest opinion… none. With that colour I think the blacked out badging looks the best and pops the most. Not a fan of any of these.
