Thanks guys. I ordered from Levittown Ford Parts already. Based on a few other threads from last year. We will see if they can produce a set.
If not, I will be in touch. :)
I got an email today that my order for the Ranger Raptor load box reinforcement kit was canceled!
Months ago I had put myself on the list to be informed when it became available. On May 3rd, I got the email "we've restocked" and immediately placed my order. I called today and they told me...
Wow! I just can't keep mine out of sport mode. My lead foot with the ball bearing ankle will prevent me from ever seeing those numbers. I just go from gas station to gas station with a huge grin plastered on my face.
Thankfully the front plate holder on the Raptor just snaps in. First mod I did was remove the dealers ad, remove the plate holder, and toss both in the garbage toter.
Well, I changed the red power lead from constant power to ACC keyed power. Joined to my fuse 35 tap that goes to my dash cam. It now works!
I also realize now how it works. When it sensed a start via the keyed power, it electronically "pushes" the button for me.

Nice pictures!

You have done a great job with your videos! Sharing your mods including the errors and frustration along the way is super helpful. I've never known a Naval Officer that is so useful! I have done a few of the same mods and am eyeballing some others. I will be doing your sound deadening soon...
So true. I am very thankful for what I have had in the past. Saved up and made wise choices so now that I am at retirement age, I can afford to live comfortably. Put my son in a 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee jalopy with 250k+ miles when he started driving. He appreciated it for many years. I got...
By the way, it takes a while to ship half way around the world. Ordered May 14 and received May 29. Not too bad from Australia, but alas for my impatience.
I hear you.
I had a 2013 Audi A4 that I put almost 200k miles on, mostly work travel.. Got crushed by a semi right after I retired so choosing a replacement vehicle was an interesting process. My wife saw me flipping back and forth between wanting a small pickup for practical uses around...
