I actually had the Agri-cover motion activated version of this light (same install) first, but it stopped working a week after I put it in, unfortunately.

One of my side rails was bent when I got my X4s, and when installed, it looked just like your picture above. This was likely due to the box being dropped during shipping. Call up Bak and ask for a replacement.

I've been trying to find a vinyl overlay a la the ARB RR build but no luck... Any idea where to find this?

Nice to see I'm not the only one with manufacturing defects in their Ford rubber bed mat.... those "fibers" are popping through everywhere and make the mat look dirty all the time. My OCD is not happy lol.
